NW Greenlands, located on Aumsville Hwy in Aumsville, Oregon was acquired in December 2008 by Recology, a leading recycling and resource recovery company. The facility has been serving the community for over 12 years and has been conducting business as NW Greenlands for the past five years. Specializing in the production of compost and premium quality soil amendments, NW Greenlands is proud to serve the residents and businesses of Aumsville and its surrounding counties.

Our compost, Living Compost, is an environmentally friendly soil amendment made of yard trimmings and landscape materials. This compost is especially recommended for agricultural, landscape, and erosion control applications. Living Compost is screened to about 1/2 inch and available in bulk.

The true power of compost is its ability to make soil healthier and well balanced, thus more productive. Without compost, soil is commonly deficient in aspects ranging from nutrient content and pH levels to organic matter and water retention. With the addition of our compost ordinary soil is able to achieve a highly productive state.
